Privacy policy
Snipe watches public UK marketplace listings for the items you ask it to find and alerts you when one is priced well below what it usually sells for. This page explains what we hold to do that. LogicLeap Ltd is the data controller.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, or the anonymous identifier Apple gives us if you use Sign in with Apple, plus your name if you choose to share it with Apple sign-in.
- Your hunts: the searches, price limits and sizes you set, and the matches we find for them.
- Device token: so we can send push alerts to your phone. If you switch on alerts in a web browser, that browser's push address and keys, so we can send the same alerts there.
- Subscription status: which plan you are on and when it renews, as reported by Apple or, if you subscribe on the web, by Stripe. We never see your card details.
We do not use advertising trackers, sell your data or share it for marketing.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, which hosts the service and its database.
- Apple, for sign-in, payments and push notifications.
- Stripe, which takes card payments for subscriptions bought on the web, on behalf of InnerLight Labs. It receives your email address and payment details.
- Your browser's push service (Apple, Google or Mozilla), if you switch on alerts in a web browser. Alerts carry the listing title and price.
- Anthropic, which scores how well a public listing matches your hunt. It receives the hunt wording and the listing text, not your email address.
- Resend, which sends sign-in codes by email.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and hunts while your account is open. Delete your account from Account in the app and we delete your account, hunts, matches and device tokens. Public listing data we collected from marketplaces is kept to work out typical prices.
Your rights
