Common questions

I am not getting alerts. Check notifications are allowed for Snipe in iPhone Settings. On the web, switch on Alerts in this browser on the Account page (on iPhone, add Snipe to your Home Screen first). On the Free plan hunts are checked once an hour; Pro and Flip check every minute.

How do I cancel? Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Snipe.

How do I delete my account? In the app, open Account and choose Delete account.
