Terms of use
The service
Snipe checks public listings on third-party marketplaces and tells you when one matches a hunt you set up. We are not a party to any sale. Listings, prices and availability come from those marketplaces and can change or disappear at any time. Check the listing yourself before you buy.
Estimates are estimates
Typical prices, discounts and resale margins are estimates worked out from listings we have seen. They are not valuations or financial advice.
Subscriptions
Snipe Pro (£4.99 a month) and Snipe Flip (£14.99 a month) are auto-renewing subscriptions sold through Apple. Each starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is taken from your Apple ID at the end of the trial, and the subscription renews each month at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
On the web at snipe.innerlightlabs.co.uk you can instead subscribe by card through Stripe, at the same prices and with the same 7-day free trial for accounts that have never subscribed. It renews monthly until you cancel, which you can do at any time from Manage billing on the Account page; you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your account cancels a web subscription. For a refund, email hello@innerlightlabs.co.uk.
These terms sit alongside Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement.
Fair use
Do not use Snipe to break a marketplace's own terms, to resell our alerts or to overload the service.
Liability
We provide Snipe as it is and cannot promise that every listing will be caught or alerted in time. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
